Women’s Empowerment in Post-Conflict Housing Reconstruction in Palestine

Abstract The occurrence of disasters, especially in the post disaster phase, could be an opportunity to empower women housing reconstruction. Despite that disasters are on increase globally; they affect and men differently. Women still passive management have been found more vulnerable than men.
